We offer online appointment scheduling or you can call or visit our repair centre directly.

What are your repair centre hours?

Raydar Autobody is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Hope Autobody is open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm.

Sunnyside Autobody is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00om.

What is your guarantee?

Do you offer Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) service?

Yes. We offer PDR at our Raydar Autobody shop in Mission, BC.

Do you offer scratch and paint repair service?

Yes. We offer a full range of professional automotive painting services for paint jobs ranging from touch-ups and scratch repair to complete vehicle repainting. Whether your vehicle’s paint is damaged due to a collision, vandalism, or something else, we can help. More than that, once we’re done, it will be like it never even happened. Our paint jobs offer seamless, invisible repair!

Is my paint going to match?

Yes, absolutely! We use the highest quality, environmentally friendly paint products guaranteed to match the original paints used on your vehicle. We use only high-quality PPG Envirobase High-Performance undercoat, basecoat, and clearcoat products. Using PPG, the leading premium waterborne paint system in North America, means we are able to produce the exact formula needed to match both the manufacturer’s quality and colour. Plus, the product is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.

Do you offer mechanical work?

Yes, we offer mechanical repairs in both our autobody shops.

How long is it the repair on my vehicle going to take?

It really depends on your vehicle, the extent of the damage, and other factors. Each repair is different. That said, as soon as we have fully assessed your vehicle, and the damage, we will be able to give you an accurate time estimate for your repair, before we even get started. We also promise to keep you fully informed of our progress. Our goal is to get your vehicle back on the road, and your life back on track, as quickly as possible, but without ever compromising on the quality of any repairs we perform.

Courtesy Cars / Valet Service

Can I get a courtesy vehicle?

Yes. All Raydar Collision Group autobody shops are ICBC Accredited Collision Repair (C.A.R.) and Valet Services. As such, not only can we provide on-site estimates so that you don’t need to have your car estimated at an ICBC claim centre before arranging for repairs, we can offer you any sort of transportation that you need while your car is out of commission! We will pick up and drop off your vehicle and we will provide alternative transportation for you – be it a ride home, a courtesy car, or a more specific rental vehicle necessary for your work. We have a large selection of courtesy vehicles on site, but if you don’t see what you need, we will find the right vehicle for you. Our commitment is to work with you to satisfy even the most complicated situation.

Can you deliver my car when repairs are completed?

Of course!

Do you own courtesy cars onsite rather than bringing on rental vehicles?

Yes. We have a large selection of courtesy vehicles on site, but if you don’t see what you need, we will find the right vehicle for you. Our commitment is to work with you to satisfy even the most complicated situation.

How old do I need to be to get a loaner car?

All we require is that you be in possession of a valid driver’s license.

How will my car drive after the repairs are done?

Like it never happened. Our aim is to get your vehicle back to pre-collision condition and better.

Will an accident affect my vehicle’s reliability?

No. We will find all the affected areas of your vehicle and ensure that they are repaired in a completely thorough and safe way. Good as new.
